Cherryfield, ME
Cherryfield Solar is a 1.99 MW (AC) / 2.61 MW (DC) ground-mounted solar project generating approximately 3,319,984 kWh of clean electricity per year. Developed on a formerly contaminated landfill site, the project demonstrates how solar infrastructure can be used to reclaim unusable land, turning it into a source of renewable energy and long-term economic value.
