Its anchor asset, Holton Concrete Products, is a nearly three-decade-old Tennessee manufacturer of reinforced concrete pipe, stormwater products, and sewer and dry utility structures serving customers across the Southeast. HCP pairs stable cash flow with a decarbonization pathway in a hard-to-abate sector through the adoption of supplementary cementitious materials that reduce embodied carbon.
