V Street Solar is a 4.95 MW (AC) / 6.12 MW (DC) rooftop solar project in Washington, D.C., operating under the District's Community Renewable Energy Facility program. Fully operational since September 2025, the project generates approximately 8.4 million kWh of clean electricity annually for the Pepco grid. In doing so, it expands access to solar savings for District residents unable to install panels, including renters and apartment dwellers, while supporting Washington, D.C.'s clean energy and resilience goals.
